That second one is an L33.....That wont work....My title was wrong, I fixed it but it still shows worng. I have to have a gen IV motor with knock sensors on side, cam sensor in cover.

GM started putting 5.3s in the TrailBlazers starting in 03 with 4WD, so yes the pan fits perfectly. I believe GM only made 2 pans, an I6 and a V8 pan.
