Think those are Joe Gibbs wheels, but yeah not really a fan.

Very interesting. I would have almost said it wasn't a GM concept vehicle due to the seat covers looking very aftermarket and the wheels/tires but he did mention the EX in the VIN. Someone had to have driven it quite a bit since the paint is worn off the navigation buttons and multiple stepper motors are gone in the cluster. It isn't like that would be hard for someone to reproduce, there are plenty of Rainiers out there but finding a nice one would be a chore (but this goes for finding any used car that's 15 years old).
