Where to do a rebuild (not the SS)

Like the title says, I am going to rebuild my wrecked GTO... sort of. I'm planning on buying a 2004 Roller and swapping my engine, trans, and interior over to it. I don't have a garage so it's making the logistics tricky. Currently, my wrecked 05 is in a storage unit about 5 miles from my house. I need to find a place to work on the new one, and a means of pulling and transporting everything from my old one.

I threw this up on ls2gto.com too but I'm looking for suggestions anywhere I can get them!
