I have been reading different forums and I never see anyone with a SC on a TBSS run at a 1/4 mile track and post there times . I have seen the stock 2wd tbss run approximately a low 14's to high 13's , what does either one of these 2 wd's or awd's run with a SC on it ? I have only ever seen one guy johnnyz28 post a time of 13.02 @ 103

Anyone else willing to be honest and post there times ?

I would really like to purchase a maggie but i need to see some 1/4 mile times first !

If your really wanting to JUST get some low 1/4 times, put a forged bottom end and a 200+ shot of juice.....:2cents:

A good buddy of mine runs one. He is at a 8.26 with the maggie, 7psi and my Efan kit. I would say that probally equates to a 12.7 in the quarter. You have to remeber its hot as crap here right now.. In the winter it will probally dip into the 7.90's as we are far from optimal weather.

Ran the 1/8 tonight and ran 2 back to back 8.3's spinning the whole way down the lane. The best 60 ft were the last 2 that were in the 2.03's and the MPH was consistantly in the 82-83.7! Not bad on street tires, spinning the tires and feathering the gas the whole time. It is just a parking lot strip that wasnt preped very good but it was still fun!!!

I ran a total of 6 times and had the best times at 28 PSI of tire pressure.

A 2.7 at sea level will be a strong 8 with spikes to 8.5, this is on my engine. I also know that a 2.7 at 2800 ft (Vegas) on a stock LS2 gets about 8 psi too. He may want to take a good look at the boost gauge and check for pulley slip.

A rough estimate on 1/4 mile?

So played around last night with a friends G-Tech and here are the results ( by the way not sure just how accurate these things are but have been told a good reference point to play with);

Time...................12:30am
Elevation.............5000ft
Temp..................78
humidity..............43%
Density altitude....7282
ET w/G-Tech.......13.31
Trap time............107

Doing the DA time, stated we would have been at [email protected]:dunno:
Have never used one of these G-Tech's so not real sure about all of these readings! Will be at the track though July 20th and 22nd to prove or disprove these readings......but the track is also 5800ft above sea level! To add to what all are saying regarding their pully size, we are running a 2.7 for altitude and showing 6 1/2 steady & 7lbs at spike.

Mark, you now officially have Joe shaking in his boots:) That would easily "Break" him off so I guess he won't come over in November now:duel:

Hey Joe,
Really wish that were true but have ran with him and know a little different. Now if we had the motor one of the cars we were hangin with last night in the SS, would be a different story......the coupe is a 10 sec car and is an old NASCAR motor of Tony Stewarts/Joe Gibbs Racing and the Camero is a 7sec car. We'll get there though! But thanks for swelling our heads a bit Coach!

Your DAs are bad enough but the temps over here are back to their old tricks. Some parts of the Valley hit 115 making the DA near 10,000!!!! Trying to tune the new blowerand cam but the IATs are so hot it's impossible to pull true boost levels. November will be about right if you guys can make it. About 70-75 in the day and about 55 at night.

Yes, but you have to take the TVS off when you come over or else I get to put the 500 shot in just for you:death2:
