I just put on a CAI and HSRK yesterday afternoon, first time out no check engine light. No matter what throttle I am at it slams into 2nd, a little less harsh into 3rd, and normal into 4th(just sooner than usual). Any idea what might be causing this, I don't have a tune but the guy that made this kit did a lof of A/F ratio testing to make sure that it didn't make the truck run too lean. When I say slams, I mean it hurts my back when it does it, not to mention it'll chirp the tires going into 2nd.

Check your connector on the MAF, it might be loose or not even connected correctly.
Yea, I'll check that this afternoon, I forgot to mention it was throwing a low circuit from MAF code. Why does it make the tranny shift like that though?

Thanks for the help guys, the plug from the MAF to the TB's wiring harness on the HSRK was upside down. It had the catch pieces on both sides, and it fits and snaps in both ways. Now it's right. Thanks again!
