Just looking for members that may be looking into going to Nats.

It would be nice to maybe convoy into BG on Thursday from a central location. I usually leave SE VA on Wednesday/Wednesday night and spend the night in Asheville, NC. Then, head a little southwest through the NC/TN mountains (fun driving through there!!) and come out somewhere near Knoxville around lunchtime on Thursday.

If anyone is interested in trying to meet up and convoy from any part of that route (I-40 from NC to Nashville), please post here and we can try to work something out.

I would love to convoy with you to Nats but since it is Mother's day weekend I won't be able to attend.

Have fun on the twisties in the Blue Ridge Mountains. If you can swing it try to hit the Tail of the Dragon!

As we get closer, we will designate a place and time. Right now it will tentatively be Emporia, VA for those of us SE VA/eastern shore folks. But we could also look at meeting in Asheville, NC on Wednesday night/Thursday morning.

We can't leave till Friday Morning here. But if you hit Knoxville at lunch Thursday, maybe some of our local group can escort you through town or maybe have lunch , that's your call.
