What pully are you going to? Are you going to run the 2.7? I am thinking about it! Only draw back is you better stay in Colorado or change the pully before any kind of long road trip!

Thanks
Ross
With the e-fans installed it should only take about 10-20 minutes to change the pulley. It will be faster as you do it more often.
is there a puller that is best to use? What do you use Joe?

Thanks
Ross
I just use a Craftsman 3 prong puller from Sears. Mark just purchased one so he can probably point you to where he got it. You will also need a Rigid #2 sewn canvas strap wrench from Home Depot or Lowes and Mark can help you out there too as far as where he got it. I could tell you where to grab it here but he had to look to find the stuff there and would be your best help.
Cool thanks! I have a nice 3 prong puller I use on my Harley ,I bet it will work just fine! But... I will talk to Mark too! Thanks for the info!

Hey Ross

If your 3 prong puller doesnt work, you can get one at Sears. As far as the strap wrench, we couldn't find one at Home Depot or Lowes so we ordered on online instead. Just type in Rigid Strap Wrench and get the Rigid 2, or do what Mark and our neighbor Rick did, get a rubber strap wrench from Home Depot, put a latex glove around the pulley and say alot of motherfuckers, lol. But it worked. Took it for a test drive, peaked at 7 psi boost, we're ready to rumble:cheers1:

Sounds good on the meeting. We are still looking at July 20th for Bandimere. Lately we've been going to Sonic on 72nd and Federal, they have alot of muscle cars down there on Saturday nights. Real nice guys. We are also going to check out Dairy Queen on 100th and Grant on Friday. I guess a group of guys gets together there too.

On a side not. MY MAGGIE IS RUNNING A 3.0 PULLY!:argue2: They forgot to swap out the 3.0 for a 2.9 in my kit! :boff: Yesterday I did hit 5pounds at 5000+RPM! I'm ordering my 2.7 today!!!

Hey Ross

We usually head down there around 8 or so, so give us a call and let us know if you can make it and we'll keep an ear out for ya. You'll love the 2.7 pulley, runs like it was at sea level! We average 6.5 pounds but peak at 7, its such a cool feeling to launch in a big ole SUV!:cheers1:
