Seeing if any of yall have ran into this issue or have an idea what it may be.

When I am driving at slow speed, 10-20 mph and go from deceleration (no brakes only drive train) and apply light throttle I sometimes hear a thump from the transmission. At first I thought it may be a U-Joint going out, but when i locked the transmission in first, no noise, no slack. selecting second, the noise appears, then setting the transmission in third i did not hear the noise.

I tested this with only light throttle and low speeds. My truck is stock plus a custom tune, she has about 40,000 miles. I am planning on taking it to have the dealer look at it but I need to go back to stock tune first.
