With all those supposed mods it is probably over $120,000. They don't "build" them motors cheap. I'd still run him.

I "tested" one when I first got my SS back in December 2005. I was on I-95N in NC heading back to VA, rolling a steady speed of about 85. One ran up on me so fast I didn't see where he came from. I got over and let him by, jumped back in the left lane behind him and when we got to around 110 he kept pulling away, just as fast as he ran up on me

I figured I'd let him go because I didn't want to get a wreckless driving ticket in NC and, get spanked all in the same day. So a word to the wise when you see one. LET HIM GO!!!

. When I was 45 I was racing offshore powerboats at over 100 mph. Age has nothing to do with it.Check my Sig..... Anyone that thinks you can walk a Cayenne Twin Turbo at speed needs to get a dose of reality. I had nothing more than a chip and put over 450 HP to the wheels. 80 to 100 takes about as much time as the TBSS takes to downshift. :biggrin2: The 6 speed allows the motor to stay in it's sweet spot a lot longer than our 4 speed slush box. The driving dynamics are in a whole different league too. 169 MPH was as fast as I had the road to get mine up to. 120 was childs play.
The TBSS is fast, don't get me wrong, but the Porsche defies gravity.
When I got behind this guy on I-95 I thought...hmmm I'll follow this guy because he is HAULING ASS!!! Little did I know he would leave me scratching my head??? I did take note of what was on the back of his liftgate. It was a Cayenne Turbo S. I looked it up when I got home and got sticker shock. MSRP according to www.porscheusa.com was a little over $124k. The specs said it had 450bhp. This guy may have some mods but, never the less he was blazin fast. I backed off when we got to around 100, he disappeared into the horizon. anyone that thinks you cant mod an SS to stomp a Cayenne into the ground needs a dose of reality, chances are that Cayenne is bone stock... thats why i love my american cars, the look on those exotic drivers faces when you stomp them with a modded american car is priceless. at least the Cayenne drivers seem to be decent guys, i guess the JGC SRT8 crew does enough shit talking for the both of them. LOL. :2cents:
