Well I got a rod knock in my eng after 180000 mils on my 2006 SS.
Have owned it from new and will do the rebuild myself.
Bin a few years since I did a rebuild on my own stuff.
So I have a few questions.
How much can you boar the stock aluminum block?
Have bin looking at pistons and want to keep the cost down.
Not planning on racing it but I do tow my boat with it.
Sealed power pistons?
good choice?
H1506CPA?
Cant find them any where in stock or listed on any sight that sells Sealed power stuff.
So what gives?
Are thy some thing special?
Help the old geezer out will ya.

So what did you decide to do? Find anything useful? I am currently in the same situation.

Diamond pistons are great quality and wont break the bank. :)

Its all I have used in my builds, never lost a diamond piston yet. Did destroy a few stockers tho, but that was my bad fee not listening to Matt.
