Any suggestions on what penetrating oil works best on exhaust manifold bolts. I'm going to start tearing down the SS this weekend for a rebuild and don't want to spend 3 days trying to get them off lol. And I'm proud to say the old 4L70 lasted 217,000 before the clutch pack went. But there was no gradual demise, it just went while on the way home last month.

PB blaster then let it soak in for a couple heat cycles.

Also heard that seafoam has something similar but zero experience with that.

I 3rd that vote. Us old guys have been saved by pb blaster more than we can count. Patients is everything when working with stuck fasteners.

I used to use PB blaster...
But found something much much better....

Stuff is called Free All, and comes in a silver can with blue print. It's amazing

I have zero interest in the stuff....
Just a happy customer
