Panhard Bar Question

I see the stock panhard bars are no longer available. I'd like to rebuild my stock bar. It has 170k miles on it. Are the bushings pressed into the bar? If so would something like this work?

I used to have the Spohn adjustable bar but the adjuster in the middle has loosened up over time and the bar now flexes a lot even after tightening the locking nuts. So I went back to my stock bar.
