I'm kind of on the fence about it. If I do it though, I'm going to sand it smooth, lay down some plastic adhesion promotor, plastic primer, 2-3 coats of paint and some clear.
Painting the XM/OnStar Antenna
I'm going to be painting something on the SS (you'll have to wait and see :biggrin2
and I'm going to have quite a bit of silverstone metallic paint (and all of the necessary items to paint plastic) left over and I was thinking about painting the XM/OnStar antenna to match. First off, what do you guys think? Second, do you think this would severely reduce the signal strength?
