Youll have to try your local fb marketplace or order up some weld or forge star wheels or similar fitting wheels. Tony’s wheels have been out of stock for some time due to manufacturing issues (covid related)

Junkyards are filled with Trailblazers,Envoys and whatever the Oldsmobile version was. Should be pretty easy to get a set of wheels to at least get you on the road.
