How soft do you need it to be? It's already a pretty soft riding vehicle.
I'd start with some new shocks and struts, maybe a full air ride? Tires will play a big part as well. If your tires are old they'll ride a little rougher too. Do the shocks and struts and tires, of it's still too stiff, add air ride.
