Aright guys. Help me out. It's in regards to my c10.

It has a gas tank under the bed and that's where it's been for 15 years. The filler used to be in the DS fender well, reached from the above the tire.

Once the truck was lowered I moved the filler to behind the DS rear marker light. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1438305888.783343.jpg

So what was once a vented gas cap is now a non vented fill-through cap.

So the issue it that now it builds pressure and fills my garage full of fumes.

Here are the hoses/barbs on the tank. How can I best vent this?

(Top of pic leads to the gas cap)

(These are 2 outlets just looped as they have been for 15 yrs. they are on the top of the drivers side)

How can I vent this?

Is there a valved vent out there that I can put one the overfill tube or on the smaller looped outlets?

Thanks!

Well. I can't find a vented quick fill cap. Or vent I can put on that will be higher than the fill cap.

I'm just going to drill a <1/8 hole in the flap of my current fill cap to vent fumes.

Everyone save the "not safe in a rollover" comment. Nothing in that truck will be safe with a lap belt.
