Every time I seem to wash the ss I see more and more of these markings on my rims. Does anyone know what is causing it or is this what the tsb is about on them. They don't seem to be scratches and when I touch it I can't feel them. It is also on all the rims. I know it's not from a curb since its on the inside of a spoke. If it is a tsb can someone tell me where to find it so I can take it in with me. Any help would be appreciated.
