My front runners dont have very much clearance against the calipers, less than 1/16th of an inch.... Im looking for some spacers around 1/4" thick to give me a little more breathing room. Id prefer something off the shelf vs. custom made.

Actualy 1/16" washer between the caliper bracket and where it bolts to the spindle bracket would move it in 1/16', then youd have 1/8" clearance. Just make sure its a grade 8 washer. Would be allot cheaper than making custom one off spacers.

That's not a good idea. that will throw everything out of whack!
