Pics of connection if you can my friend
just tap it where he said. I'd personally solder the connection points and tape it up when done.

Don't have any close up pics of the wire, but see the blue thingy in the background? It should come with it, just place it over the wires I said and put the end of the resistor in there, clamp down with some pliers, maybe wrap a little tape over it just for good measure and it's done.
Just installed and no cigar ! Ground to resistor and resistor to blue wire next to brown wire!! Help please
sometimes in the back its hard to find a good ground i had trouble in my rear driver side til i moved it to the front and put it on a ground bolt!
Dint go to ground. You have to be across both wire on the harness. It's a load resistor, the way you did it didn't put the load on the proper circuit.
And those little blue things you're talking about are referred to as scotch locks, and I'd never, ever use one on anything.
Ever.

Don't have a solder going to take it apart and redo it

I agree with you they're not the best thing to use and solder is better, but honestly in that spot it's not gonna move around and if it's the ones with gel in it the connection is sealed good enough, had them there over a year with zero issues.
I have switchbacks in the front just saw the instructions and Jett told me to do this in the rear although in the rear I have stock bulbs
Anyone else
I can send u my old pics if you'd like

It was the grounding issue thanks steven!!!!
Plus everyone elsewhere
I ran my ground wire thru the grommet and to a bolt inside the truck behind the trim panel.
