It appears that the 08 are certainly more rare that the 06 & 07...Hope this helps everyone...

Yes they did make 09's but I am sure the numbers went down just like from 07 to 08. I haven't seen but a couple of 09's on this site.

That's true of most any vehicle, for the most part. But the 09's have the vin no. to make it an 09. I bought my 06 Impala SS in October of 05.

There were 6 identical trucks on the lot when I bought mine. Three were silver. So I am doubting its correct.

You guys should check your build dates, either from the dealer invoice or the door jam...Mine checks out exactly...I think its right on, but maybe not...

List all your options....I believe its the combo of options not just the color option.

That's because it also goes by the week your truck was built. It makes it seem more rare than it is really.
