Installed my efans today, but I have a problem. My CEL is on and the gear indicator is stuck on 1. Put the truck into D and tried going forward, but it just doesn't rev at all. My friend's EFILive won't read the CEL code either. Any idea where I fucked up?

Is your computer tuned for Efans? If it isn't then it might be in limp mode because it isn't sensing a cooling fan.

Okay, I got out of limp mode.

Speedo doesn't work, CEL light is still on, and the gear indicator is still stuck at 1. Fuse issue? Any idea?

Fans work and everything. Truck is back into limp mode (it won't rev past 1500rpm) and I can't figure out whats wrong.

I dont know what tables Vector is using to control the fans. I have messed with the fan setting on numerous vehicles for over 2 years. I use a set of values in the stock tables to activate and control the fans just like the factory intended. I dont know what could be causing the Limp mode unless the fans are not working at all.

When I first plugged in my efans with no tuning, they worked fine...they just stay on all the time.
