I looked under my SS, and noticed that as the exhaust pipe goes over the axle it gets crimped. Is it suppose to to be like that? I'm goin to get the 11229 put on this weekend, and I was thinking about getting a new pipe put on.

Mine is the same way. Pretty sure its the way the did it for clearance. Overkill in my opinion.

They are that way from the factory, good luck convincing anyone that its not a good thing. That pipe was 2 3/4 before they smashed it.
