My truck will crank but not start
I've replaced the ignition switch
And check the fuse block no sign of burnt wires or connectors

I'm getting codes
P1682
P2176
P0689
B2aaa

I'm leaning towards the throttlebody

I just replaced the throttle body, no change still cranks no start
I jumped relay 60 the truck will fire up now and run
Check the fuse block.. You have to either take it apart by separating the halves and fix the broken trace or buy a new one...
Check underneath the fuse block not the top of it. Takes all of 5 minutes and stop throwing parts at it until you find a problem.
i changed the battery control module thinking it was that runs for 20 min shuts off and cranks but will not start

Same issue here, been battling it for awhile now. JD anything in particular I should be looking for when I pull the fuse block up or should I plan on running through everything to find the issue?

Only reason I ask is it's a DD and if i'm going to need some time I gotta make sure the Vespa is fueled up. :biggrin2:
I'm fighting the same shit, it's getting old. I replaced the fuse block 8 months ago because it would die on the road on me. It eventually would start after a few minutes, after I found out about the paperclip deal I did that. Two months after replacing the fuse block it acted up again so I threw the paperclip in it and let it eat. Now last week it died on me driving home. For some reason the fuel pump wasn't coming on. Was in the process of dropping the tank and checking all my fuses and relays when I decided to replace the ignition switch. Swapped that out and boom fuel pump kicks on and it cranked up. Now I lifted the tank back in place and it doesn't start again. Gonna have the drop the tank and see if I have some pinched wires or a loose connection on the pump plug, Just starting to be a pain in the ass
just had this issue over the weekend. Turned out I had to jump the 60 relay on the fuse block.... FML :jackoff:

Has anyone successfully repair this? So i'm not getting around shot to the relay, would it be the ecm causing the issue, bad ground wire somewhere, or possibly the fuse block? Also gave me an ignition code so i switch the module in the column. Let it warm up for 15 minutes and turned it off.... Came back to leave and wouldn't start...thats when we did the investigation of the relays and found no ground on 60
I have a fuse block out of my truck.. Just replaced mine thinking it was my issue but it wasn't.. So I have a perfectly good one sitting in my garage.. I'll Let it go for cheap. It's for an 06
