Ya, the only problem with the ADM C6 fans i've really seen is the poor grounding location used...relocate it directly to the alternator bracket and everything is perfect! But for the other C6 fans, I have no experience...

I've had C6 fans on my own truck for over 3 years with no problems other than once when my battery got a little weak. Starting was slow and voltage would dip harder than normal. They are sensitive to voltage issues. I reccomend LS1 fans just due to simplicity. They work great, cool better and are cheaper. Most people pick up a used set of LS1 fans off ebay, car-part.com etc. Used fans go anywhere between $50 and $125 depending on where you get them from. New fans from Dorman are typically $150-$180 Dorman PN 620634. I do not recommend brand new GM units as the plastic has changed and its very brittle where the originals where durable and had a bit of flex to them before they would crack or break.
