coilover set up. If you want to get to lowest point tighen bottom mount all the way in and unloosen spring section to a point where springs just still have tension so top might be like 8 inches not 7 3/4

put it back in and tightn sturt bolt and tigten spring down

dont forget 2 top nuts

that should do it. You will need to buy new nuts for the kbee coilovers where it tightens in the engine bay. I think was metric i forgot

I like that setup a lot for sure. How much can you adjust it to lower or raise it over stock height. At the track it might be nice to raise it up a couple inches for transfer. With it raised & the front sway off it should lift & transfer to the rear for a great 60 ft.

i did the drop today with these CO's and also added a hotchkis sway. couple questions i hope you can answer for me (i'm sure you can)

1. pass side is sitting about a quarter to half inch higher than driver side. i know how to adjust the rear (boy, that took many little tweaks!) but can you explain to me the process of cranking the coilover to lower/raise the front. I actually did not adjust the coilover at all out of the box. i figured just put it in and adjust it later. it was about 1.5 inches on lower section and about 7 3/4 inches on spring part. which part do i turn to lower the pass side about .5 inches? do i have to tighten the lower part that spins? any advice on how to operate the CO's height adjuster is appreciated.

2. is it possible to put the rear sway on wrong? i lined up perfect and bolted back in perfect, but when you look at it, the "hotchkis" sticker is upside down. i called hotchkis and he said as long as it looks like it is on right, then they probably just put the sticker on wrong? any thoughts?

thanks. i will post pics soon. it looks good. any info on alignment?

jack up truck and make sure both side springs measure the same then if the bottom mount is bottomed out you will have to life the drivers side 1/2 inch to mach drivers

What ride height will this put the truck at? Should the ride height only be adjusted from the bottom mount?

I found this thread with some great information about adjusting the ride quality: http://www.tbssowners.com/forums/showthread.php?t=70203&highlight=KBEE+Adjustment. The only concern I have is that one of my used coilovers has 18 clicks and the other has 15 clicks. I've moved the one with 15 clicks back and forth a number of times and it doesn't seem to want to go any more.

no that is the new batch that was just now. if you want it at 31 inches just tighen black mount all the way down then raise 1 inch from bottomed out point and see where that sets you.
