Hey guys, just bought a 07 TBSS RWD almost a month ago with work already done on (headers and a new cam with some other stuff.) But one thing he didnt do was upgrade the oil pan. Which I thought I had time to fix but things took a turn for the worse last night. Blew it up probably found a whole bunch of metal in the oil and the ac compressor bracket is broke. So what is the best thing to do switch to the c6 oil kit upgrade which I know I go to change the crossmember bracket and the compressor bracket. Or is it better just to get the baffles with the stock oil pan?

Personally, I would go with the C6 oil pan, but unfortunately I'm AWD.

The baffle is the cheapest solution and seems to work.
Next is the pickup.
Lastly is to go all out with the c6 setup and new crossmember which is also the most expensive.

I think budget and capability will dictate your choice here

I put the C6 pan and dipstick in my ‘08 and ordered the billet AC bracket from left coast. I was able to find a “new” takeoff c6 pan for $285 on eBay, and it included dipstick and windage tray. Bracket from left coast was $125.
