Run your fan on a manual switch. Just remember, Truck on Fan on, truck off fan off. Also, run a 160* t-stat
I need to check for voltage drops, I guess my question was of all the guys I have seen try to relocate the ground for this, did it work? Also has ANYONE had success using a C6 fan to cool a truck with a heat exchanger.Why is it cutting in and out? Are you having voltage drops?
What are your fan settings vs. ECT? Have you tried to go past 90% in that table?I am still N/A, but I did move my ground over to the alternator bracket about 2-3 months ago. I can't confirm any differences.
I should note that I am no longer running the C6 fan, but am running the C6 controller and the same type of tune in the ECM.
