Hey I need to get a brake controller for my truck. I will be towing my 2000 TA to the track with it. Is there a plug and play controller or do I have to hard wire one?

There is a plug and play right behind the lower dash panel under the steering column. Tekonsha makes the plug and play harness to go straight into the Prodigy 2 brake unit, but im sure other companies make them to be universal...

You'll love the Prodigy...it ramps brake pressure to the trailer so you never get the "instant on" effect and lock the trailer brakes up...

If you're truck is newer you won't have a plug. Mine didn't but the wires were there and labeled. Just some quick connecting on four wires and it was good to go!
