i didnt put one in yet but here we go baby ;)

"The F9100 is our newest airspring development. With a 6.5" diameter and a 2000 lb. load capacity, it is perfect for truck/SUV/wagon installations that require some extra "oomph"! In addition to the "universal" installation possibilities of this new airspring, the upper cap and lower piston have been designed to fit directly into a GM rear coilspring mount. This means NO adapter mounts needed! We have also located the air inlet on the side of the upper cap for easy airline routing...no more trying to gain access to the cramped area between the frame and the body to install the airlines!"

thanks scott. i talked to tony at airride a month ago about these just had the tranny issue and all that which was more important. I apprecaite you spending the money and testing these out scott. the firestone bags you can drop in but i cant find info on the firestone dammmm it...... the firestone could hold more weight. The air ride bag set up is 2000 pounds rated so we should be fine.

ill call tony again i was sponsered thru them years ago with my old s10 ss. Ill see how much he can swing a deal for us. If not summit carrys airride and have killer deals.

Seeing how scotts results are we can go from there. and you can use the air levelers also. Seeing that the truck will sit lower and bags are smaller you will need to adjsut the arms but thats a no brainer.

Hey Guys,

I ordered a set of these bags today. The sellsman stated that they would lower our SS's 3". I'll let you know in a few days. Got to get some sleep.

God Bless!

Scott
I can't wait for feedback on these!

Scott, How much were the bags? Did the salesman say that they would lower the truck 3in at full height or with the bags deflatted?

I told him that I wanted to lower my SS with shorter bags and he told me that these would drop it 3", so I'm sure that that would be starting from stock ride height and they cost $299 plus shipping. He stated that the shipping should be $20 or so. I'll let you guys know when I get them in.

God Bless!

That sounds like a good deal because their website lists them for $195 per bag + shipping.

Those are nice quality bags for sure. Like to see what the feed-back will be. Be nice to have a set-up you control from the dash to raise or lower as you like. That and the adjustable front coil-overs would
give you any ride height you want. Thanks

guys since the bags are shorter you need to make sure you dont overextend them when you mess with teh air bags. I have shocks taht are about 20 inches extended and 12 collapsed. With 3 inch shorter bags and stock shocks and lets say you mess with levelers and get full lift you might over extended the bag
