x2.. You first need to set a goal. I started way too many projects without a goal in mind and part way through decide to change my mind on what i wanted to do and had to start all over again. It depends on what your ultimate goal with your setup is. Are you going to reuse your short block or are you going with a new one? There are lots of options out there depending on what your goals are.
:iamwithstupid:If you are wanting that kind of power you might want to upgrade your P1SC to a D1SC. You'll need to pulley the P1SC down quite a bit to provide that kind of boost for the 408 depending on your CR. When you start getting that small, belt slip becomes problematic. What pulley setup are you running to get 12#'s of boost? I had a 3.4" pulley on mine and was having a hard time maintaining 10#'s. What on your motor let loose? If I did the procharger again I would drop in a F1 series and run a forged shortblock with stock crank and run it up to 15#'s or 20#'s and install a restrictor to limit the boost to 12 or so. Will give you hella bottom end. Was my plan till I jumped on the TT bandwagon.
