What would be the best tire size for a 20x9.5 that can run either front (without rubbing) or back and come close to stock height?

295/45/20 would be same height as the stock 255/50/20

No that's half an inch bigger than stock. I run that on my 20x10s in the rear. He could run that size on those rims, but depending on how low his truck is in the front and the offset of those rims will be the difference on whether they would work. No issues with the rear, but the front is a different story.

I'm a 1/2" lower in the front on Belltech struts. The wheels come in either a +18mm or +30mm offset. I'm assuming I'd need the +30. Sounds like I should be safe with running 275/45-20's all the way around with that set up without issues correct?

Can I run the stock 255/50-20's until they die with a wheel that wide?

I wouldn't run the 255 on a 9.5" wheel but you could make it fit. The 275/45 will be fine on a 9.5" wheel. If you are willing to go 1/2" shorter then stock you could run 295/40/20s all around on those 9.5" wheels.

I'm not sure what offset you would need though. Check with Tony.
