OK, heres the deal....

* U/D crank pulley - This small belt is used no mater what. Gates # K040335
( 4 Ribs 9/16" x 34" )
http://www.rockauto.com/dbphp/prt,64,K040335

* I have the "smaller" pulley for the altenator, however it has NOT been installed. I am currently using the belt for the "smaller" pulley without any problems on the stock alt pulley with: Gates # K060888
( 6 Ribs 13/16" x 89 1/2" )

Hope this helps.

Yeah, well I have two different belts. One for use with the UP Crank pulley by itself and one for use with the Alt pulley. So far I have not needed the *Alt pulley, so I might try to sell it and the belt together

Actually, the gates K040335 is too long. Mine kept coming off. I went with a gatorback K040332 and it's better, but I believe the gate K040330 is going to be the right one. The problem on mine is the tensioner was all the way down on the 335 belt and not putting any tension on it. The 332 gets a little tension, but it comes off about 1-2 times a month. So i will be trying the 330 to see if it fits.

if you ant find the right tool see if you can find something in the local auto store you do not want to spin the inner allen/star bolt it is the larger outside one you will be trying to remove, just hold the pulley when you try to remove the nut and use an impact gun!!!

I just picked up a 330 and have not been able to get it slipped on. The truck is hot so going to let it cool down a bit.

I think it has a 335 on it now. I found the belt off about 5 months ago ones but thats the only time in the 10 months I have had it on there.

So will try the 330 again in about an hour
