Does it happen as soon as you turn on the AC or does it take a while? Condensation could be dripping onto the spark plug and plug boot causing it to short out. When is the last time the plugs or wires were ever inspected or replaced?

Honestly, find a local tuner in your area and have him do a log of it happening. He can do a misfire histogram along with all sensors to watch for dropout. Did you check that the connecots are goo on coils and inj, incuding the bulk ones. Also check the ground on pass side front head for corrosion and the 3 down low on drivers side that go to block under cyl 1.
