Isn't there supposed to be something on the end of the drain hole in the fire wall so the water from running the AC doesn't leak right on to the top of the header?

Mine sounds like somethings cooking everything I run my AC and I hate it.

Run a heater hose on the end of the drain and run the end of the hose to where you want it drained. It worked out for me.

Yea, I just recently did my kooks header install, but I noticed the noise before then. So it must have just fallen off. I'll have to see what's laying around the garage to make due!

I remember when I first bought my truck I had to take it to the dealer for something, can't remember what, but I asked the service guy to check out the sizzle I'm hearing and he tells me gm designed it thy way so the "liquid" doesn't leak on the streets. I couldn't fuggin believe that when he told me

It's right beside the lines in through the fire wall for the AC.

And if this is it, I could've sworn this was missing the last time I looked. And now that I see it's there, why all the sudden is it draining on to the headers? I spun it so maybe I'll notice a difference.
