Hi guys, I've searched and haven't really found a bunch of information. Brought home an 07' AWD truck for my wife to drive daily a few weeks back. (I need to do an intro thread.)

After chasing an AC leak the last two weeks I have finally found that the tranny cooler that the previous owner installed has worn a hole in my condenser. It's been a few years since I've spent much time wrenching, but am pretty capable.

Planning to move the cooler to the brake duct area like the PCM kit for starters to keep the issue from happening again, but with GM AC lines shouldn't I just be able to loosen them up and pull them apart?

Also, with E-Fans shouldn't there be enough room to just tilt the radiator back and unbolt this condenser and lift it out?

At that point all I would really need is to have someone service/fill?

Thanks in advance, and this forum was really what pushed me over the edge to come away from my Ford roots and give a LsX something a try.

It's not hard just take your time and don't force anything.

You will have to take out the front grill, radiator support before you can get to the condenser.

Just be careful. Could accidentally put a hole in radiator.

After a little investigation, it appears there are two different AC condensers.

Best, most reputable place online to order the part from?

Any special tools needed for the fittings?
