From what I have been told, the AWD launches harder, but you also have extra weight from the front differential and transfer case. I would think the two wheel would for that reason. :2cents:

Stock for stock RWD is faster in the quarter by about .2-.3

:iamwithstupid: Think of it this way AWD is 300-500 lbs heaver I think, so if all you want is speed go w/ a 2wd

Not to mention the extra parasitic loss....

A 2WD is technically faster, however depending on the driver and conditions, an AWD could pull a 2WD from a dig
