Speedometer and transmission won't shift into drive. This happened after it was stuck in 4wd and I manually shifted it back into 2wd. When I test drove it is when the speedometer wasn't working and tranny not shifting into drive. Park reverse 1st and 2nd is all I got. Any ideas. Been thinking a sensor but wow vss or abs speed sensor. Idk, vss is the one that seems to match the problems I'm having. Any advice or suggestions. I've pulled every fuse using a test light which did no good. I have electrical issues. I have no idea where to begin to fix it either.

Sounds like the shifter cable fluid is low. Fill it up and your problem will be solved.

You do realize this is a website for the Trailblazer SS which was made only from 2006-2009. We have both a different engine and a different transmission. There might be a better forum out there for you. That said, I'd check your forward sprag. Speedometer may or may not be a separate issue

Trailvoy forum has LS stuff. I too have an LS and have found good information on this forum for many 'similar' crossover components, etc...
