09' 9-7x Aero w/ PCMForLess LS1 Fans and EFILive - NEED HELP!

Well, hopefully I will get an email back from PCMForLess when they open tomorrow morning!

I would call them in the morning, as person-person is usually better than emails.

Good luck, as it seems that the SAAB OS may be a bit different?

what is the PCM's OS #?

The OS is the same, the Calibration is completely different for Saab 5.3 and 6.0L. Something hidden in the program does funky things when it's not in a Saab.

Jesse(dirty30) said only thing he had to do was adjust temps alil.. Besides that patched fine... But thats with hptuners...

Thank you - I got the email from Kelly but it included the '09 TB SS patch that Jesse and I have already determined does not work. Could you please look at the tune from my SAAB and directly compare it to the '09 TB SS to be sure of the differences? We full- flashed the TB SS tune and it still soes not work.

It definitely works, we do it here almost weekly. If you can get it you will need to send us the PCM or have someone with HPtuners patch it for you.

No, it does not work - we followed your directions to the 'T.' Have you looked at my stock 9-7x tune that I e-mailed you two days ago? How many 2009 9-7x Aero's have you tuned for LS1 fans?

The fans work just fine with the patch. The problem is that the vehicle goes into limp mode when you WOT it, hence the calibration difference.

Still no word from PCMForLess about a patch for the SAAB 9-7x Aero...

Thank you, I called yesterday and left a message for Alvin with Marshall. I got two emails from Kelly yesterday morning but nothing since then. Alvin has yet to respond to an email or PM.

I got an email from Kelly with a screenshot .jpg of the differences between some '09 SAAB V8 and an '09 TB SS. Apparently the picture shows there are none. I don't understand, if this was the case, why when the '09 TB SS patch is fully-flashed into my 9-7x, the fans do not turn on.

I am still waiting for a response from Alvin...

Give me a break. You didn't email me until about a hour ago. As far as the phone messag I was working at another shop all day Friday that's why when you call marshall says to email me. The soonest I will call you is when I get back into office. If you cannot figure out how to do it send the computer in to us. This is the only way I know to help since I have already told you about three times what to do to get it to work.
