So far we've raced 3 times. The first one I didn't get on video, we raced from a 20 punch and I pulled him cause he missed 3rd. But then he caught back up and pulled me to 120.

This race below is where we ran from an on ramp, not much room. He beat me to the merge though. These are taken off of my iPhone.

And this is from a 40 roll, he took off before the 3rd honk. I'm sure he still would've won.

We are going to get some more runs in the after, hopefully from a slow roll and some from a dig. His truck runs good.

Yeah, its a manual transmission. Truck only has 6,000 miles on it. What do they trap in the 1/4 mile stock? Their ET's are usually shit, but I'm guessing their MPH is up there.

The only chance you have with an SRT10 is from a dig! From a roll they are killer, their top end is endless.....................Next race, go from a dig, I doubt he will catch you at the end of the 1320.............

Mark I c u run 12.80's, what do u trap crossing the line? If ur only pullin a 1.9 60' I'm guessing ur trapping the 107-109 area right?
Good run though, although I didn't expect that for the outcome.

The best I've trapped was 107. That was with back seats out, spare out, jack out, headlight out, 17's with front runners, 17's with 26" drag radials. My truck seems to trap right around 104-105 on street trim with a best of 13.2. I have no idea what that SRT-10 traps at, but from reading on his forum those trucks are high 12's low 13's stock.

I guess I should of asked if that was on DR's. That's about right. I ran 13.0's at 106 I think on 20's.

I was trapping 109 on a 12.76 pass on 275/45/17's.
I guess the SRT 10's r a Lil quicker than I thought stock.

When I looked up the times on google. Car and driver showed the quad cabs running 14.2 @ 99. And I've heard from others that the single cab was mid 13's. After doing a little bit of research and actually talking to some of the owners, they are high 12 - low 13 sec trucks (reg cab SRT-10). I thought I would have gotten him too. I think next time I go visit him, I will have the drag radials and we'll hit the track.

They roll pretty good from a roll. I beat one pretty bad from a dig with bolt ons/converter. From a roll about 100mph he would creep by me. Those V10s have some good power on the big end.

the quad cabs are significantly slower, about .8 sec slower in 1/4. its the extra pwr from being a manual and 4.56 gears that make the single cabs quicker.

Yeah, at the time I beat the QC, all I had was tune/CAI. In the end, I would have beaten either form.:yay2:
