What's the highest pound injector our stock rails and lines can handle?
I have a 340lph pump, and need some bigger injectors if I'm not to rely on meth for the fuel deficiencies (which I would rather be safe than sorry.) Can our stock fuel system handle 80# injectors? Thank you for your input!

Our stock fuel system cannot support the power needed to require 80# injectors...in my safety minded opinion...

3 bar 60s will max out the system with a BAP

Yeah, I was just hoping to be a little safer without going full tilt on a new fuel system. I'm sure it will be fine. Hell, bigger/badder trucks are doing meth on smaller injectors and more boost.

Along the same line as this question: what size injectors can the stock fuel pump handle?

4 bar 60s without at BAP is probably the limit and will get you far N/A but I wouldn't run without a BAP and boost.

I have no plans for boost on this truck. After doing a supercharger on my C55, I really don't think I'll ever go boosted again.

Cool, I think all I'm going to do to this truck is the L92/LS3 heads and cam like I had talked to you about and be happy with it. I think I might even spring for the WCCH work, too. I just want a really fun driver that I'm not afraid to take anywhere. I'll probably take it to the track once after that work is done just to see what it'll run and that'll be it. One day I'd like to get a Grand Sport, so I'll have fun with that one.

Making mid 400s rwhp is no problem with stock pump, rails, lines and 42 lb injectors.

Yep no need for huge injectors with no Boost.
