You didn't search well enough...someone posted a thread yesterday about this...
Don't bother looking for production numbers, its not like our trucks were rare by any means whatsoever!

Never said they were rare.
But i do see them as future collectables along the lines of a 94-96 Impala SS.

I'd guess 30K + for the 4 years from what I've read on other forums. 06 was a little less than 9K, 07 was less than 11K, 08 was about same as 07 and 09 was a partial year.

every single one that gm got an order for was sold.
there was no production limit total per say.
id say in the 25-35k units is a good ball park..
will they ever be collectible?.... not in our lifetimes... drive it, enjoy it, mod it, beat on it...
ive heard people say these will be the next sy/ty's... i when i hear that....
and the sites that will tell you how many were just like yours... are a waste of time, and excitement...

The only nice thing about our trucks are that there only going to drop so much in value.

I disagree with you and replace your reality with my dream.
No one, I mean no one will know how valuable something will be in the FUTURE. Unless you claim to be a Seers, Clairvoyants, Prophets, or Psychics then your opinion is just one of many.
Who predicted gold will be above $1000 per ounce?
Who predicted the DOW Jones will top 10,000?
Who predicted the 9-11 event?
Who predicted that muscle cars from the 50's ,60's ,70's would make a comeback?
Who know the cabbage patch doll is worth $3000 with adoption papers?
If you answered yes to any of these questions then you a wacko or just stupidly rich.
It might or it might not...who knows. Not me. But I enjoy driving it and modding it. Will I keep it, yes till I'm buried.
Just my $0.02.
