Default what TBSS graphic looks best?

Just toying around with our embroidery machine and wanting to make some polo shirts and base ball caps.
I want to send a design to the digitizer soon.
which of these style logos do you guys think would look better on a shirt and/or ball cap? (I'm thinking silver thread on black background to start)
I'm not a graphics artist by any stretch but know my way around Photoshop pretty well.....enough to get by, so any suggestions are most welcome.

I like (A) better but maybe remove the bowtie and make the SS logo a little smaller.

On either one I would make the TrailBlazer in a slightly smaller font and move it up into the window area leaving room for the SS to fit within the car outline.

Two new versions based on recommendations (thank you, keep the ideas coming)
One thing I didn't mention is that these logos will be embroidered at only about 3.5" wide,
so that's why I am reluctant to reducing the font too much.
actual print size will likely be less than half of what you see on screen.

Hat Fixture limits embroidery to 5" wide x 2"
Shirt Fixture limits embroidery to just under 4" x 4"
so perhaps the best option is to use type "D" for hats and type "C" for shirts.
does this make sense? Another thing that would be easy for me to do is to customize the SS "color" according to customer request

Yeah man. Shrink the SS some and I'll take a black shirt with that logo in white. A hat too.

BTW, best I mention that I'm showing four possible "options" in the same frame for sake of simplicity.
its only a matter of changing thread color, therefore people could order whatever color they want

I'm not sure of what rules apply (if any) to me offering custom embroidered shirts and hats for sale. Can someone (a mod or whoever) chime in?

I'm thinking I could offer polo shirts or ball caps to include everything (the digitizing, the garment, the embroidery, AND the shipping) for somewhere around $25 each.

given cost of labor/materials/shipping this would make it practically break-even

Kevin
