I'd like to see the window without wheels. The wheels make it look squatty or maybe push em out a bit.

Ok, so I got one of the designs digitized last night so I could start on some samples.
The following embroideries are derivatives of the same file, so I can do any variation shown, or combination thereof.
This is not artwork, these are actual sewn embroideries on a black cloth napkin.

Chassis Outline:
A, B, C, are all black outline with white stroke around it.
D, E, F, G are all white outline with no stroke (shadows in D are flaws in photograph)
H, I, are white outline with black stroke (hence the thinner white look)
Optional:
F, G, and I, have window and/or tires left off (purposely) as possible options.

Trailblazer text:
A, C, and G
Given the limitation of sewing words out of thread, this was the thinnest/smallest we could go and still keep it legible. I know if crowds the design so most people wont want it, but I wanted to offer it nonetheless. G, for instance looks fine with it.

SS logo:
A, B, C, D, and H are all colored interior with white stroke
E, F, G, and I are all solid color with no stroke

Special Note: E, F, and I are all tilted downward slightly. This is only a sample so I wasn't attempting perfect alignment here. Actual products would be aligned correctly

My overall favorite is D

That would be letter F in whatever SS configuration you'd like

I shrunk the SS down as small as possible without loosing the detail in the stroke outline. D would be your preference likely.....or w/o the SS outline as in E,

Hold the phone!

I had the other design digitized as well and am working on it now.

sewn out, I think it may look even better due to its simplicity.

To be continued....

both of these are flawed (left logo needs to be a bit smaller, and right logo needs to be centered) but good enough for comparison purposes.
BTW, I have a $925 speeding ticket to pay next week, so I best get started on some orders soon. : (

Oh, believe you me.....as a higher educated 53-year old I couldn't agree with you more. My driving record has been clean for 20 some-odd years.
I "opened it up" at 2:00 AM.... in the dessert....perfectly straight highway....nobody around except me and the jackrabbits.
Well, except for....... : (

Update:

So,
I have ordered caps in additional colors (mostly to coincide with stock TBSS colors)
These closely match the available colors in polo shirts too.

Colors Now available are:
- Black - Navy Blue - Grey - Burgundy - Hunter Green - White - Beige

HATS:
very good quality, 100% cotton, "low profile" baseball caps. They have thick sandwich bills and cloth/velcro rear adjustable enclosures.

SHIRTS:
5.6 oz. 50/50 cotton/poly Polo Shirts with 2 or 3 button Welt-knit collar & sleeves.

I am now officially filling orders!

To make it simple, I am charging a flat $25 per item charge, including shipping anywhere in continental U.S.

Here is an updated hat with the smaller logo on left (which I think looks better) but can be ordered in either size, in addition to the other styles and thread colors shown earlier in this same thread (ie: Styles A through R, etc.)
