Default Help!! No start

Ok so my truck has been sitting for about a week haven't touched it. I went out to the garage to start and I turn the key to acc and everything on the cluster lights up but the battery gauge doesn't move and truck won't start. I put a volt meter on battery alternator and starter all have 12-13volts. I bypass the ignition switch and run a wire from power on starter to ignition on starter and it starts. When in the car and key off I have no power locks and radio turns on but not all the way. Only the clock displays. When I turn the key to start I get nothing and climate control face and radio goes black. Could this be a security system issue or just ignition switch? The whole battery gauge not moving on the cluster is throwing me off

Thanks in advance

Fuse box or ignition switch. I'd start with the switch first since it's cheap.
