But don't take I95! I left my sister's house in DC yesterday and set an all time record. 190 miles in 6 1/2 hours! TBSS still got 16.7 MPG! Took 4 1/2 just to get to Fredericksburg! Got off and took Rt 17. Smooth sailing after that!

guys, my SS is at the shop AGAIN. They installed a new fuel pump, but it died again on me today. Just to let you all know. I will still meet up and hang out, just will be driving my rental (2008 grand prix).

To make a long story short. It all centers around the TBSS timeslip only thread. http://www.tbssowners.com/forums/showthread.php?t=5538

In my humble opinion, what we have here, is a failure to communicate. I believe with a little communication this can be resolved. That's just my two cents. :2cents:

I voted for it to be open to all.

Before you judge please listen because I dont want you thinking I voted that way because of Mike.

Here are my reasons for my vote-
1- Some people have more than one vehicle
2- I would like to know other members accomplishments that I know from this site, no matter what vehicle it might be.
3- I would more likely believe a 1/4 time posted on this site by one of our own members((most likely someone we can trust)) than by one on another site.
4- It would let me know where I stand against other modded vehicles not just stock 1/4 times and it would be from a trusted source. *refer back to 3
5- I don't visit many sites and don't want too
6-To me this isn't just a TBSS OMG ONLY WEBSITE... It is a place where I have met and made friends as well as would like to make more with fellow performance enthusiasts across the country...I did not come here to be a stuck up prick... If I wanted that I could of bought a JEEP.

As for the situation I feel a compromise should of been made. A section or way to view SS times only, so that if you want you can research what mods have worked well for others and what hasn't. Or just to see if your the baddest SS mofo on the site so you can put it in your sig and feel special.

But instead---quick action with no forsight or idea of compromise was taken and peoples information was deleted. Which in essense was a deletion/edit of someones Post and if someone deleted or edited one of my posts. I would be upset.

She made two track passes with me and was impressed at how hard the TBSS knocked her back in the seat when we launched. She'll be at the track with me again next season. She got the speed bug from both her parents. Remember the TBSS really belongs to my wife.
