Have a very annoying squeak coming from the driver side speaker area. Used to do it on hardcore potholes when I bought it and now it does it over any and all bumps. You can tap on the door panel right where the speaker is and hear it.

Pretty sure it's the door panel reflector. Took mine out and it solved the problem. Put some silicone behind it and reinstalled, and the rattle is gone..

Same problem here. My dealer repaired the door reflector and it was gone - except for the awefull roads we have here in Quebec made the problem reappear after 2months.

Just curious how fixing the door panel reflector can solve the squeak. I'm not saying you're lying, but when I installed my stereo, the door reflector was what felt like a type of cloth or some king of sponge material. I would have thought the plastic door panel would be touching the metal door instead of the small plastic sheets tchevy has starting placing around contact points to prevent squeaking. Maybe just the simple fact of removing and reinstalling the door panel fixed. Just a thought.

For whatever reason, my reflectors were rattling. I think that the rubbery/soft material on the back of them was not making good contact with the plastic door panel.

When the rattling occured (heavy bass on the radio), I would squeeze the back of the reflector from the inside of the "cubby" hole at the bottom of the door panel and the front of the reflector at the same time, and the rattling would stop.

I did not remove the door panel when I took the reflectors out, as that is uncessary. I simply popped them off, applied a small bead of clear silicone to the back of them, let it dry, and re-installed. THAT cured this particular squeek.

In regards to the squeek below - I'm getting it too... but I think it's due to the fact that I now have a straight pipe dumped before the rear axle. I'm putting a muffler on, but can't until the truck is back from the shop that is shaving the bumper.

I'm getting similar squeek on the passenger side rear door... I think at the top of the rear "pillar." I'm hoping it's due to the cold weather that was occuring at the time. But, it's unfortunate that you pay so much money for a truck that squeeks! Hopefully I can have someone drive the truck while I sit in the back and attempt to locate exactly where the squeek is. Please let us know what/if anything you find out.
