Ok, so I got one of the designs digitized last night so I could start on some samples.
The following embroideries are derivatives of the same file, so I can do any variation shown, or combination thereof.
This is not artwork, these are actual sewn embroideries on a black cloth napkin.
A, B, C, are all black outline with white stroke around it.
D, E, F, G are all white outline with no stroke (shadows in D are flaws in photograph)
H, I, are white outline with black stroke (hence the thinner white look)
F, G, and I, have window and/or tires left off (purposely) as possible options.
A, C, and G
Given the limitation of sewing words out of thread, this was the thinnest/smallest we could go and still keep it legible. I know if crowds the design so most people wont want it, but I wanted to offer it nonetheless. G, for instance looks fine with it.
A, B, C, D, and H are all colored interior with white stroke
E, F, G, and I are all solid color with no stroke
Special Note: E, F, and I are all tilted downward slightly. This is only a sample so I wasn't attempting perfect alignment here. Actual products would be aligned correctly
My overall favorite is D
